Clarifications to the rules and the search for moderator

I had nightmares. 'm happy because we had the juiciest exchange of suggestions and questions about the community so far and it helps me to see what's happening in the fandom and how clerks can adapt.

1. It is still worth any discussion of the writing process, including the thousands of complaints that apparently people want to vent here because, "if not here, where? I have seen that most messages in clerks are just that, complaints. Well, if that is what is it and how.
